About pizza in Romania
Across Romania, 1,212 pizza places have enough reviews to make the ranking. Leading the list are Nicky's Pizza in Bucharest (9.8), Nomad By Moldavian Burger Târgu Neamț in Targu Neamt (9.4), and Pizzeria Locale Constanta in Constanta (9.4).
The ranking above mixes all cities and sorts by score. If you are interested in a particular city, pick its own ranking: Pizza places in Bucharest (62), Pizza places in Cluj-Napoca (49), Pizza places in Timisoara (48), Pizza places in Iasi (40), Pizza places in Oradea (39), Pizza places in Brasov (38), Pizza places in Craiova (36), Pizza places in Constanta (31), Pizza places in Galati (29), Pizza places in Sibiu (29), Pizza places in Arad (27), and Pizza places in Suceava (24).
With pizza, the dough decides everything. A dough fermented slowly, for 24 to 72 hours, comes out light, with an airy rim and a little char from the oven. A wood-fired oven helps but guarantees nothing. Look for reviews that describe the crust; reviews about delivery say little about the pizza itself.
