In Timisoara, 48 pizza places have enough reviews to make the ranking. Pizzeria Sole D’oro (9.3) leads the list, followed by Hotline Pizza (9.0) and Juno Sandwitchery (8.8).

The top places are mostly in Complexul Studențesc, UBC 3, and Mehala. If you have an area in mind, filter the city ranking by area and choose from what is left.

With pizza, the dough decides everything. A dough fermented slowly, for 24 to 72 hours, comes out light, with an airy rim and a little char from the oven. A wood-fired oven helps but guarantees nothing. Look for reviews that describe the crust; reviews about delivery say little about the pizza itself.

Pizzeria Sole D’oro has 1,245 reviews on Google, so its rating carries more weight than that of a recently opened place. Our score takes this into account: volume counts as much as the average.
