In Sighisoara, 6 pizza places have enough reviews to make the ranking. Cipi's Pizza at San Marco (7.0) leads the list, followed by Pizzeria Antique (6.9) and Restaurant La Perla (6.5).

With pizza, the dough decides everything. A dough fermented slowly, for 24 to 72 hours, comes out light, with an airy rim and a little char from the oven. A wood-fired oven helps but guarantees nothing. Look for reviews that describe the crust; reviews about delivery say little about the pizza itself.

Cipi's Pizza at San Marco has 37 reviews on Google, so its rating carries more weight than that of a recently opened place. Our score takes this into account: volume counts as much as the average.
