This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any difference, the Romanian version prevails.
What we deliver #
The only paid service on TopRestaurante.ro is the Premium plan for restaurants. It is a digital service: there is no physical delivery, nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs. We do not sell food or drinks and we do not take orders for restaurants. You can find what the plan includes in the terms and conditions.
When it is activated #
The plan is activated automatically, within a few seconds after NETOPIA Payments confirms the card payment. You do not need to do anything: the status appears in the restaurant dashboard, on the Premium plan, page, and you receive a confirmation email.
The free plan is active as soon as you claim the restaurant profile, with no payment.
The invoice #
After every successful payment we issue the invoice in the Oblio system, using the billing details you filled in. The invoice is sent by email and appears in the dashboard, under Payments and invoices.
If the plan was not activated #
If you paid and, after one business day, Premium does not show as active, write to us through the contact page. We will check the payment and either activate the plan manually or refund the amount, as you prefer. For refunds and cancellations, see the Cancellation and refund policy.
