Contract withdrawal
If you bought the Premium plan as an individual, outside your professional activity, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason. Fill in the form: your request reaches us immediately, and you receive an email confirming that we received it.
What happens next
We reply within two business days, with the steps for the refund. We stop the subscription, so nothing more is charged.
The refund
It is made within 14 days, to the same card. If the plan was used, you pay only proportionally for the period used. Details in the Cancellation and refund policy.
Just want to stop the renewal?
You do not need the form: you can cancel the subscription at any time from the Premium plan page in the restaurant dashboard.
