In Miercurea Ciuc, 6 pizza places have enough reviews to make the ranking. Crunch (8.3) leads the list, followed by San Gennaro (8.0) and Restaurant Bandido's (7.0).

With pizza, the dough decides everything. A dough fermented slowly, for 24 to 72 hours, comes out light, with an airy rim and a little char from the oven. A wood-fired oven helps but guarantees nothing. Look for reviews that describe the crust; reviews about delivery say little about the pizza itself.

Crunch has 169 reviews on Google, so its rating carries more weight than that of a recently opened place. Our score takes this into account: volume counts as much as the average.
