Review rules
Last updated:
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any difference, the Romanian version prevails.
Who can vote #
Any user with an account and a confirmed email address. A user can vote for a restaurant once every 90 days. Owners cannot vote for their own restaurant.
What a review must be like #
- It must describe a real experience that you had yourself, within the period mentioned above.
- It must be written respectfully: no insults, threats, discrimination or personal data of other people.
- It must not be advertising, promotional links or copied content.
What we do not accept #
- Reviews written by the owner, employees or relatives for their own restaurant, or by competitors.
- Votes given in exchange for benefits, or made in a group, on request.
- Multiple accounts created to influence the score.
Moderation #
Reviews are not approved in advance, but any user or restaurant can report a review. Our team checks it and can hide it if it breaks these rules. Restaurants can reply publicly, but they cannot delete or hide reviews. Votes that look coordinated or abusive are held until they are checked. The author can edit or delete their review at any time, from My account. The vote stays in the score even if the review is deleted.
Google reviews #
They are shown with the author's name and a link to the source. Their moderation and the owners' replies happen on the respective platform.
