How the score is calculated
Google ratings, adjusted for the number of reviews, plus reader votes. The same formula for every restaurant.
How we calculate itAbout pizza in Bistrita
In Bistrita, 15 pizza places have enough reviews to make the ranking. Pizzeria Zaza (8.1) leads the list, followed by The Bricks 1903 (7.9) and Pizzeria Brooks (7.7).
With pizza, the dough decides everything. A dough fermented slowly, for 24 to 72 hours, comes out light, with an airy rim and a little char from the oven. A wood-fired oven helps but guarantees nothing. Look for reviews that describe the crust; reviews about delivery say little about the pizza itself.
Pizzeria Zaza has 96 reviews on Google, so its rating carries more weight than that of a recently opened place. Our score takes this into account: volume counts as much as the average.
