Google ratings, adjusted for the number of reviews, plus reader votes. The same formula for every restaurant.
How we calculate itAbout brunch in Sibiu
In Sibiu, 12 brunch spots have enough reviews to make the ranking. Ouă și Unt Brunch Bistro (9.8) leads the list, followed by Charlie's Specialty Coffee And Brunch (8.9) and Eggcellent Brunch & Coffee (8.7).
A good brunch shows in properly cooked eggs, house-made bread, and decent coffee. Check the serving hours, because many places do brunch only on weekends, and book ahead if you are going on a Saturday or Sunday.
Ouă și Unt Brunch Bistro has 1,209 reviews on Google, so its rating carries more weight than that of a recently opened place. Our score takes this into account: volume counts as much as the average.
