About seafood in Romania
Across Romania, 114 seafood restaurants have enough reviews to make the ranking. Leading the list are The Boat Restaurant in Constanta (9.4), Hambar Bistro - Steak, Salads and Wine Bar in Slobozia (9.4), and Perfect Pizza in Sebes (9.2).

With fish, freshness and the way it is cooked matter. Freshwater fish such as carp or pike-perch is prepared differently from sea fish. Ask what came in that day. A menu that changes its offer daily usually points to an attentive chef.
